What You'll Do:
- Provide back office and administrative support.
- Providing accurate information on services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery.
What Our Client is Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle inquiries with empathy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not essential.
