We are working with a maintenance property services company to recruit an experienced Gas Engineer to cover the Cardiff area. You will provide a servicing, repair and breakdown service in social housing properties. This role is offered as a permanent position with company van and fuel card. 

You will need to hold your domestic gas qualifications and be gas safe registered 

Duties of the Gas Engineer role:  

• Complete annual gas servicing & minor heating repairs working to safety regulations and specifications 

• Out of hours callouts 

• Report and complete works on PDA 

• Report any accidents and potential hazards 

Requirements: 

• Full UK driving license  

• Domestic Gas Engineer qualifications/ Gas Safe Card 

• Cookers, Fires is essential 

• Previous experience in a similar role within domestic properties 

• ACS Qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
