BMS Support Engineer - Cardiff

Due to continued growth in the Cardiff, Wales region, they are looking to recruit within their team for a BMS Support Engineer.
Salary & Benefits Include:
- 35,000 - 45,000

- 3% Bonus paid annually on any quoted upgrades completed - based on the value of the quoted and completed upgrade

- 200 P/W Standby - On-call system = 1-5 weeks
The Position:
- Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems
- Carry out small repairs and remedial works on building management systems (BMS)
- Provide routine inspections of BMS Equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Requirements:
- We are seeking an engineer who has worked on BMS Building management systems
- Ideally you will have knowledge and experience on systems such as: Trend, Schneider, Tridium etc
- Ideally an understanding of mechanical plant / HVAC Plant
- Proven diagnostic skills and able to identify and resolve technical issues
