- Overseeing professional indemnity claims and client complaint handling
- Investigating and managing compliance breaches (data and regulatory)
- Supporting AML and client onboarding reviews and policies
- Helping lead internal audits, risk reporting, and vetting activities
- Working with legal teams to manage queries around AML, conflicts, sanctions, and regulatory updates
- Keeping registers, reporting tools, and shared inboxes organised and up to date
- Collaborating cross-functionally across the business
- Experience in compliance, risk, or quality within the legal sector
- Strong understanding of AML regulations and a knack for auditing or investigations
- Confident communicator who’s comfortable managing sensitive matters
- Solid project management and attention to detail
