Albion Search are currently working with a regional main contractor to appoint a Project Manager for a cladding/render project in the centre of Cardiff. This is a logistically tough project being in the city centre, with residents/businesses being below the site, so a PM who is client facing and can built rapport with the residents/businesses is critical.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing re-clad/render packages on multi-storey blocks.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage H&S
- Run and plan the build programme
- Liaise with RLO, Residents and businesses
- Manage trades & sub-contractors
- Inductions
- Permits
- Liaison with local authority
- Oversee the full scaffold package working with the sub-contractor
- RAMS
- Ensure the re-clad & render is completed on time and in budget
You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card, along with the above relevant experience.
