They are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a specialization in asphalt surfacing to join their team. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of project cost management, from initial estimates to final accounts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project cost estimates and budgets for asphalt surfacing projects.
- Conduct risk analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor relationships.
