We are working with a specialist contractor with a proven industry reputation for delivering all aspects of cladding remediation and internal fire protection.

Part of a larger group, they carry out passive fire protection works to include fire door installations, fire door maintenance, fire stopping , compartmentation surveys , & fire door surveys etc.

Additionally, they work within the group, supporting sister companies with surveys, and remediation refurbishment and repairs.

They have undergone continues growth over the past five years and are entering into another very busy period and therefore require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience within a similar role, ideally within a refurbishment and repair environment, who can manage costs, contracts, and variations effectively while liaising with project teams and clients.

The role ensures that projects are delivered within budget, in compliance with contract terms, and with accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Experience in refurbishment, maintenance, and/or reactive repair projects.

• Familiarity with standard forms of contract (JCT, NEC).

• Membership of RICS (desirable but not essential).

£55,000 - £60,000 + car allowance, pension, medical and bonus
