- Generate Leads & Business: Proactively chase leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct Property Viewings: Show properties to prospective tenants and provide all necessary information.
- Liaise with Landlords: Confirm new rentals with landlords both verbally and in writing.
- Complete Paperwork: Ensure all lettings documentation is completed accurately and in line with company policy.
- Professional Communication: Maintain a high level of customer service when dealing with landlords and tenants.
- Meet Targets: Work to meet and exceed monthly rental targets.
- Expand Portfolio: Grow the lettings and management portfolio by securing new landlords.
- Property Valuations: Carry out accurate rental valuations and provide advice in line with legislation and company policy.
- Manage Diary & Viewings: Coordinate viewings efficiently, ensuring appropriate notice is given to current tenants.
- Â knowledge of Cardiff and its surrounding areas.
- License: Full, clean UK driving licence required. Own vehicle preferable.
- Certification: Rent Smart Wales License preferred but not essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
- Excellent time and diary management.
- Competent with Microsoft Excel and property database software.
