Provide a professional and efficient switchboard service
First point of contact for all visitors to campus
Support with genital enquiries, taking and relaying messages, receiving and issuing access cards and keys
Process vehicle bookings, visitor parking and operate vehicle access barriers

What you'll need to succeed

Experience of working in a customer-focussed environment
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Must be available to work 1:30pm-6pm (Monday to Friday)
