About the Role:We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Recruitment Administrator to support our dynamic team in Cardiff. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play a vital part in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering and directing incoming calls with a professional, friendly telephone manner
- Assisting with weekly payroll duties
- Updating, formatting, and managing candidate CVs
- Gathering references and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date
- Providing top-tier administrative support across the team
