At Bridgestone we are split into three core divisions; Bridgestone Construction, Bridgestone Industrial and Bridgestone Training, we offer industry leading recruitment services, providing a blend of expert recruitment practices, paired with hands on industry knowledge and expertise.

We are now looking for our next Recruitment Consultant to join Bridgestone Industrial

Were now looking for a driven Recruiter to join our Industrial division someone with strong client and candidate skills whos passionate about building lasting relationships and becoming a go-to name in the local market.

Ideally, youll have experience in industrial recruitment (warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing), but if you come from another sector and have a genuine passion for matching people to roles, we would love to hear from you

Key Duties:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs, and delivering tailored solutions
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match them with the right roles
  • Supporting our Business Development Manager with market insights and local lead generation
  • Becoming a trusted recruitment expert to both clients and candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment process from job brief to placement
  • Staying on top of industry trends and market developments
  • Maintain a pool of available, qualified workers, ensuring a constant supply of talent for client needs.
  • Manage timesheets and oversee payroll processing using a dedicated management portal.
  • Working towards (and smashing!) personal and team targets
  • Conduct on-site client visits and service assessments to maintain quality and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Handle full candidate management, including registration, compliance checks, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within industrial or a related industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish long-term client and candidate connections.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with a passion for the recruitment process.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Full UK driving license & own vehicle
