Our long standing client, a leading provider of comprehensive retail solutions, is expanding their Customer Support team and is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Coordinator to support a Senior Account Manager with the day-to-day running of one of their prestigious clients.

They pride themselves on creating cost and time efficiencies while placing sustainability at the heart of their operations.

The Role

Working closely with your Account Manager, you’ll ensure clients receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer queries efficiently while fostering strong, lasting relationships.
  • Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment to maintain optimal supply.
  • Working with suppliers to source products at competitive prices and within lead times.
  • Producing and sharing regular reports with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The Person

We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Ideally, you will have

  • Previous experience in customer service or purchasing (retail or manufacturing advantageous).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A talent for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Solid analytical and IT skills.
