Tradewind are looking to recruit a longterm Supply teacher from now until the end of the academic year.About the Role Are you a passionate and dedicated Teacher who can inspire students to explore the world's diverse beliefs, values, and cultures? We are seeking a committed Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Cardiff. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to encourage critical thinking and empathy while equipping students with a deeper understanding of global perspectives.Key Responsibilities* Plan, prepare, and deliver thought-provoking lessons aligned with the national curriculum.* Encourage open-minded discussions and debates that challenge students* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to meet individual learning needs.* Foster an inclusive and respectful classroom environment where all students feel safe to express their views.* Participate in school activities, assemblies, and events to contribute to the broader school community.About You We are looking for a Supply Teacher with strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching.
