Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? BRC are looking for a Candidate Delivery Consultant to help find and place outstanding professionals in the supported housing and charity sector. You’ll be at the heart of our recruitment operations, building rapport with existing and new candidates, ensuring they are fully compliant, paid on time, and ready to make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sourcing & engaging candidates for roles within supported housing and charities
  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidates for suitability, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Ensuring all right-to-work and compliance documents are in order
  • Managing timesheets & payroll to ensure candidates are paid correctly
  • Liaising with new & existing clients via email & on the phone
  • Supporting our out-of-hours team on a rota basis (once every four weeks) - with a day off the following week

  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Great attention to detail - especially when handling compliance & payroll
  • Experience in sourcing or recruitment? Awesome! If not, we’ll train you to be the best.
  • Willingness to be on-call once every four weeks (and get a bonus day off afterward, yay!).
