Are you energised by fast-paced, people-focused work? BRC is on the lookout for a Candidate Delivery Consultant to join our award-winning Supported Housing Team - the highest-performing team of 2024/25!

In this role, you’ll play a key part in matching passionate professionals with impactful roles in the supported housing and charity sector. From managing candidate relationships to ensuring smooth compliance and payroll processes, you’ll be the driving force behind making sure our clients and candidates are set up for success.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Sourcing and engaging talented candidates for supported housing and charity roles
  • Interviewing and assessing candidates for skills, values, and role fit
  • Managing compliance, right-to-work checks, and documentation
  • Overseeing timesheets and payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Communicating with clients and candidates via phone and email
  • Taking part in our out-of-hours rota (once every four weeks) - with a bonus day off the following week!

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with a hunger to learn and grow
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail - especially around compliance and payroll
  • Recruitment or sourcing experience is great, but not essential - full training provided
  • Willingness to support out-of-hours once a month (and enjoy a well-earned extra day off!)
