I'd love to see CVs from anyone who have worked as a Building Surveyor, Structural Engineer, or that have worked in Building control.
As Surveyor, you will be:
- Working as part of a multi-disciplined team to deliver structural defect reports
- Survey properties to identify defects
- Carrying out post-inspections to ensure quality and compliance with contractual requirements
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
- Building Surveying qualification
- Experience in building Pathology
- Sound construction knowledge, including Health & Safety legislation and CDM regulations
Location & travel:
This role is based Around Cardiff, however will be a roaming role, with the majority of your work being based across various sites. When not out on inspections you will be working from home writing reports.
