This company is a highly reputable multidisciplinary Architecture and Planning practice focused on designing high-quality spaces working on a variety of projects from residential to large public spaces. With a strong growth plan over the next 9 years, they are now looking for an Urban Designer to help them achieve the next chapter and continue to grow the company.

You'll be working across a variety of projects, producing strategic masterplans, drawings and supporting documents, running workshops, liaising directly with clients and stakeholders as well as assisting with the development of graduate members of the company.

The Ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree as well as some experience in the industry, live a commutable distance to central Cardiff and be a strong communicator.

This role is perfect for a motivated Urban Designer who is eager to play a key role in project delivery and wants to grow within a forward-thinking, employee-owned practice that offers uncapped progression.

The Role: 路 Creating strategic master plans, drawings, and planning documents 路 Working across residential, regeneration, and commercial master planning projects 路 Liaising with clients and internal teams, running workshops 路 Supporting the development of junior team members 路 Hybrid working - based in Cardiff with home working and the option to work in Bristol

The Person: 路 Relevant Degree 路 Experience in a similar role 路 Good understanding of planning applications and master planning processes 路 Clear communicator with good initiative, eager to progress
