Our client, a well-established franchise-approved dealership based in Cardiff, is seeking a highly motivated Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department. Key Duties of the Vehicle Technician role:

Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs according to manufacturer standards.
Accurately diagnose vehicle faults and communicate findings to the Service Manager.
Ensure all work complies with quality procedures laid down by our client and the franchise.
Maintain vehicle safety, reliability, and performance throughout all servicing processes.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
Support team objectives and work towards set targets for customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.
(Optional but advantageous) Experience working on Stellantis vehicles.

Candidate Specification:

Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
Ideally 1-2 years' workshop experience post-qualification.
Demonstrates a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
Holds a valid UK driving licence with minimal points.
A committed team player who can produce quality work in a busy dealership environment.
Motivated to develop skills further, especially in hybrid and electric vehicle technology.
Experience with Stellantis vehicles is desirable but not essential.
