Your Responsibilities:
As our Temporary Receptionist, you will welcome clients and visitors with a smile! Your key tasks will include:
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Answering incoming calls and managing inquiries with professionalism
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining a tidy reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere
