As a Randstad Crisis Nurse, you will:
- Rapid Assessment: Conduct swift, comprehensive mental health assessments in acute crisis situations, formulating immediate care plans.
- De-escalation Expert: Utilise advanced de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviours and ensure patient and staff safety.
- Collaborative Care: Work seamlessly with A&E staff, police, paramedics, GPs, and multi-disciplinary mental health teams to provide integrated crisis care.
- Support & Empathy: Offer compassionate support to individuals and their families during acute distress, guiding them through difficult moments.
- Safe Discharge/Referral: Facilitate safe discharges or appropriate referrals to ongoing services, ensuring continuity of care post-crisis.
- Documentation Excellence: Maintain meticulous, real-time records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
