Join a leading group as a part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk, where you will be integral in managing financial transactions and supporting the finance team. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong background in handling purchase orders and delivery notes.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Matching purchase orders with delivery notes and processing over 200 invoices per week.
  • Handling queries efficiently and maintaining high standards of financial management.
  • Working within a flexible schedule over 3-5 days, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Collaborating closely with two other finance team members in a dynamic office environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a Purchase Ledger environment.
  • Strong ability to handle high volumes of financial documentation.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Must have own transport as the office location is not accessible by public transport.
