Day-to-day of the role:- Matching purchase orders with delivery notes and processing over 200 invoices per week.
- Handling queries efficiently and maintaining high standards of financial management.
- Working within a flexible schedule over 3-5 days, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Collaborating closely with two other finance team members in a dynamic office environment.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a Purchase Ledger environment.
- Strong ability to handle high volumes of financial documentation.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must have own transport as the office location is not accessible by public transport.
