Sales Manager - Motor Parts
Location: Carlisle
Salary: 32,500 per annum + Bonus (Up to 5,000 annually)
Hours: Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry? We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team at a well-established motor parts company.



About the Role:

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing a small team, and driving revenue growth through excellent customer service and strategic sales initiatives. You'll play a key role in maintaining and growing our client base while ensuring the team meets performance targets.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade and retail customers

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing for timely replenishment

  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively

  • Analyse sales trends and develop strategies to maximise profitability

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge across the team



What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the motor trade or automotive parts sector

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

  • A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving

  • Good working knowledge of motor parts (preferred but not essential)
