K.A.G. Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a well-established Engineering company who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their existing team based in Carlise.

Salary: 26,000 – 28,000

About the role:

As the Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for delivering high quality customer service to clients at all times, contacting customers, processing orders, expediting supplier orders and resolving issues. You will be at the forefront of the business and play a crucial role in ensuring company values are demonstrated.

Key responsibilities:

  • Outbound customer service calls to existing customers and prospect new business. Provide quotes, promote sales, and address general inquiries
  • Provide support and product/service information to customers
  • Processing orders, quotations and follow ups in CRM system and expediting supplier purchase orders
  • Resolving customer queries &
  • Assist in booking customer service appointments for our ASM
  • Fulfil any administration and coordination duties

Requirements:

You will have previous experience within a similar Customer Service/Administration office environment, an excellent communicator who is able to display verbal and written communication with great attention to detail.
