Given our continued business growth, we are expanding our Debt Recovery team and are looking for a motivated and client-focused individual to join us as a Debt Recovery Co-ordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on clear communication, enjoys working through complex situations, and is passionate about delivering high standards of service.

In this role, you will represent our business with integrity, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and colleagues alike. You will need to communicate clearly and professionally, approach complex or sensitive situations with empathy, and consistently uphold the highest standards of discretion.

About the Role

As a Debt Recovery Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and helping recover outstanding debts for our clients. This position involves providing efficient administrative support, excellent client service, and proactive communication. You will work closely with senior members of the team and contribute to business development and process innovation.

We are flexible regarding working hours and welcome applications from candidates looking for either full-time or part-time hours.

You can work from any of our locations in Cumbria, Dalston, Penrith or Workington.
