Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and manage weekly, monthly, and annual payroll and pensions, ensuring tasks are prioritised and completed accurately.
  • Help grow the business by promoting payroll services via social media, blogs, networking events, and client presentations.
  • Ensure the payroll team delivers excellent customer service.
  • Monitor team performance, addressing any training or improvement needs.
  • Motivate and manage the team to meet deadlines.
  • Understand each payrolls needs and make sure expectations are met.
  • Support the team with technical issues and training when needed.
  • Keep up with payroll legislation changes and share updates with colleagues and clients.
