V7 are currently seekingmulti-disciplined Service & Maintenance Engineersfor a long-term contract opportunity in theCarlisle and Cumbriaregion. You'll be working on housing sites, carrying out service and reactive maintenance across a range of fire and security systems.
Our client is a well-establishednational companyspecialising in security solutions. Following a number of recent major contract wins, they are expanding their engineering team and are looking for self-motivated professionals ready to take on responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintenance of:
- Fire alarm systems
- Emergency lighting
- Intercom systems
- Access control systems
- Reactive repairs and fault-finding
- Managing multiple sites and priorities
- Working independently and meeting service deadlines
Job Details:
- Contract:6 months, with potential for ongoing work
- Schedule:Monday to Friday (weekend work available)
- Location:Sites across Carlisle and Cumbria
- Pay:33.00+ per hour (weekly pay, every Friday)
- Status:Outside IR35
- Overtime:Available

Requirements:
- Proven experience with service and maintenance of fire and security systems
- Comfortable with both planned service visits and reactive maintenance
- ValidDBS check(must be in place before start)
- Completed certifications:
- Asbestos Awareness
- Manual Handling
- GDPR Training
