We are looking to recruit a Quality & Compliance Coordinator on a full time, temporary basis for 1 month initially based in Carlisle.

Are you an organised and detail-driven professional looking for a short-term challenge in a dynamic environment? We're seeking a Quality & Compliance Coordinator to support a variety of crucial operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

You'll play a pivotal role in supporting our quality, environmental, and operational functions by:

  • Managing and maintaining accreditation for ISO9001 and ISO14001
  • Conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with applicable standards
  • Completing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs)
  • Coordinating with industry accreditation bodies
  • Establishing and managing document registers
  • Reviewing and refining internal systems, policies, and procedures
  • Raising and investigating non-conformances
  • Preparing and submitting environmental reports
  • Attending meetings to support project planning
  • Assisting operational teams with programming and tracker updates
  • Supporting pre-contract and estimating activities
  • Contributing to Operations & Maintenance (O&M) documentation

Who We're Looking For:

Someone with experience in quality management, audits, or construction/project support. You should be confident working independently, with a sharp eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. Familiarity with ISO standards and industry compliance schemes would be highly advantageous.
