We’re looking for a Mobile Inventory Controller to join our dynamic supply chain team. You’ll play a crucial role in keeping our clients’ operations running smoothly by managing stock and stores across multiple engineering sites in the North of England and Scotland.This field-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys independence, variety, and building strong client relationships. You’ll be the go-to person on-site, ensuring everything from deliveries to stock levels runs like clockwork.What You'll Be Doing
  • Maintain and manage on-site inventory across multiple client locations.
  • Ensure timely stock issuing, deliveries, and accurate goods-in processes.
  • Work closely with suppliers and clients to resolve any inventory issues.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and keep store areas organised and audit-ready.
  • Attend on-site meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Use inventory systems (e.g. SAP) to track and report stock activity.
What We’re Looking For
  • A strong background in customer service or stores/inventory roles.
  • Full UK driving licence registered to your current address.
  • Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator, both in person and via email.
  • IT savvy – experience with SAP is a plus, but not essential.
  • A proactive, self-motivated team player who enjoys field work.
