Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of Social Housing retrofit projects in the Carlisle area. You'll play a critical role in improving homes and communities, leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently.

Description
- Plan and manage daily site operations for retrofit schemes
- Supervise site teams and subcontractors
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all stages
- Monitor quality, progress, and maintain site documentation
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
- Lead site inductions and manage training needs
- Produce and present reports for project meetings
Profile
- Proven experience in retrofit projects
- Background in social housing refurbishments
- SMSTS certified
- Strong leadership & site management skills
- Proactive, hands-on approach
Job Offer
- 50,000-52,500 base salary
