About the opportunity;This is an excellent opportunity to join a large organisation in Carlisle on an interim basis for 6 months.  Working as part of a large and supportive team, this is a leadership role within the business and will take responsibility for all operational HR activities.  Working with the Management team, the Interim Senior HR Business Partner will;
  • build relationships with key stakeholders and understand business priorities
  • support managers through employee relations issues
  • drive high performance across the organisation
  • support engagement and wellbeing activities
  • support the recruitment strategy and play an active role in recruitment
  • support and lead any change management initiatives
This is an interim role and requires an immediate start, based on site in Carlisle.The right person;The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of operational HR experience ideally gained within a unionised manufacturing environment.  You will be highly experienced in operational issues and used to working in a busy and fast paced business.  Experience of leading a small team and influencing senior level stakeholders is crucial.You must be available to start at short notice.Our client;We are delighted to be working with a highly successful business with exciting plans for future growth.
