Your new companyAn evolving Group organisation with a head office based in Carlisle, an industry leader with an expanding customer base, currently seeking a temporary Purchase Ledger to support an increased workload, for a period of approximately 4 weeks. Full-time candidates are preferred, but part-time candidates will be considered for a minimum of 4 days.

Your new roleWorking as part of a small team, you will support the Purchase Ledger function across 4 trading legal entities to ensure efficient processing of invoices, credits and payments.Duties will include:

  • Accurately coding invoices and credit notes on various accountancy packages.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders.
  • Creation of new supplier accounts and maintenance of existing accounts.
  • Completion of supplier statement reconciliations.
