Working closely with the Payroll Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the payroll function for both weekly and monthly payrolls while ensuring all data and records are accurately maintained. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing sickness, absence, holiday, and additional hours reporting
- Handling employee wage queries in line with agreed SLAs
- Maintaining and updating payroll trackers and personnel records
- Supporting payroll checking processes and post-payroll issue resolution
- Ensuring all time and attendance data is accurately maintained
- Supporting with statutory payments including SMP, SSP, and SPP
- Generating payroll-related reports and statistics
- Promoting employee engagement and clear communication across the team
