Randstad is looking for a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. This role involves supporting children with disabilities and autism, requiring travel within Carlisle and West Cumbria. A competitive hourly rate is offered, ranging from £15 to £16.

Working hours: Long day shift (7am to 7pm)
Should be able to work for a min of 36hrs in a week
ResponsibilityWhat will you be responsible for:Providing high-quality support to children with disabilities and autism, ensuring their safety and well-being. This includes assisting with personal care needs, such as peg feeding.
Specifically the activities will be:Implementing care plans, engaging children in activities, maintaining accurate records, communicating with families and other professionals.
ExperienceWhat requirements are we looking for?Experience working with children with disabilities and/or autism is essential. Experience with peg feeding is also required.
Requirements:What requirements are we looking for?- Full UK driving licence (mandatory) due to travel requirements within Carlisle and West Cumbria.
- PMVA (Bild) certification
- Mandatory training certificates
- Enhanced DBS check (on the update service)
