Who are you?

  • Experience in supporting adults with disabilities is beneficial but not essential (full training provided).
  • A driving license is preferred due to the rural location of some service users.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What will you be doing?

As a Support Worker, your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting individuals with their daily needs and empowering them to live fulfilling lives. A typical day might include:

  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Preparing meals and snacks, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
  • Supporting individuals in accessing community resources and engaging in social activities.
  • Administering medication as prescribed.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to the care team.
