Your new companyWorking for a large public service organisation with Headquarters based in Carmarthen. The organisation offers parking for staff and is accessible via some public transport routes.Your new role
- Maintaining electronic filing systems and staff records
- Coordination of the services employee benefit schemes, work experience placements and identity cards/badges
- Record and provide information/answers to routine enquiries on HR matters via the HR support desk
- Ensure relevant departments are notified of new starters, transfers, promotions throughout the service
- Coordinate/undertake scanning and filing duties with regard to personnel records, general upkeep of archiving of the filing systems
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous administration or HR admin experience
- You must be able to communicate in the medium of Welsh.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
- Access to offices in Carmarthen - role mainly office-based
What you'll get in return
