Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager on behalf of our client, a leading national housebuilder. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team on a large-scale housing project based in Carmarthen.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations

Ensure that health and safety standards are met at all times

Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on site
-
Monitor site progress against programme targets
-
Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
-
Ensure compliance with NHBC standards and Building Regulations
-
Conduct regular site inspections and liaise with the site team to resolve any issues
Requirements:
-
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – essential
-
First Aid at Work – essential
-
Previous experience working on residential housing developments
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure

Full UK driving licence
