The Role
Take the lead on a variety of projects - from complex reinstatement schemes to high-profile frameworks
Work directly with clients, contractors, and design teams, building strong relationships along the way
Deliver designs, inspections, and reports with both software and hand calculations
Mentor junior colleagues and share technical expertise
Ensure compliance with industry regulations (CDM 2015, planning, listed buildings)
Play a key part in business growth by representing the consultancy's services to clients
About You
Degree qualified in Structural Engineering (MEng or equivalent)
Experienced in a consultancy environment with exposure to varied projects
Confident managing projects end-to-end, balancing budgets, deadlines, and quality
Up-to-date with industry standards, legislation, and best practice
Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
