We are currently recruiting for Support workers with or without experience to join a leading Care Home in a rural setting in Llandovery. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to help provide an invaluable service to the local community.

This role is supporting adults with learning disabilities within a supported living setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be providing emotional and practical support to individuals, helping them live independently.
