Day-to-day of the role:- Monitor the accounts email inbox and ensure accurate document filing.
- Accurately check and input purchase invoices into Sage 200.
- Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and monthly supplier statements.
- Prepare and send remittances for supplier payments.
- Collate employee expenses, vehicle mileage, and fuel records.
- Assist with processing company credit card statements.
- Support general accounts tasks as required
