Assistant Manager

As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Pub Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the pub. You will support the manager in all areas of operations, with a particular focus on overseeing the wet sales side of the bar, and deputise in their absence. This position involves helping to manage and motivate the front-of-house team, guaranteeing consistently high service standards and memorable guest experiences.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone with solid pub or bar experience to bring creativity, drive operational excellence, and help shape the future of our community pub.
