I am currently working with an impressive & long-standing company based in the Carnforth area to recruit an Order & Dispatch on a 3-month contract basis. Looking at part time initially with a few to increasing to full time after initial handover period.
The team are diverse, hardworking & all have a fab sense of humour so we are looking for someone that can slot into the team and do a great job!
Duties include:
- Dealing with customers via phone & email - managing queries
- Quoting customers on items & parts
- Raising orders on the system
- Arranging dispatch to UK/EU/US & worldwide
- Raising invoices
Skills required for success:
- Experience within admin/order/dispatch
- Great communication skills
- Understanding of Mechanical trade is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Full clean driving licence
What's on offer
- Salary: 12.50 per hour (circa 24,375 Full time salary)
- Contract type: 3 month fixed term contract (may be extended)
- Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours (full time) 22.5 part time
- Flexible working hours
