We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client - a luxury hotel and world-renowned golf resort near Dundee - for a Sous Chef to join their award-winning culinary team on a permanent basis.

What We're Looking For:Essential Skills & Behaviours:

Up-to-date with modern culinary techniques

Experience in high-end restaurants and a senior kitchen role

Ability to lead, manage, and inspire a team

Strong business acumen and awareness of food cost control

A passion for delivering excellence and culinary creativity

High standards of cleanliness and kitchen presentation

Calm under pressure and consistently high performance

Ability to coach and support junior team members
Required Qualifications:

NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery

Evidence of extensive trade experience and on-the-job development

£36,000 salary plus monthly gratuities based on hours worked

Rota-based schedule: 5 days out of 7
