Salary: £45,000 per annum + accommodation provided
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Restaurant Manager to take the lead within a refined, coastal hotel renowned for its elegant dining and exceptional guest experience.
There are 96 elegant bedrooms, including suites with views of a Golf Course, the sea, and the town.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with a strong background in fine dining or multi-Rosette-level service, who takes pride in delivering excellence with warmth, precision, and style.
About the Restaurant Manager RoleAs Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind the restaurants success leading an experienced front-of-house team to deliver seamless service and memorable dining moments. Youll bring both operational expertise and creative flair, curating a guest journey that reflects sophistication, comfort, and genuine hospitality.
Working closely with the Head Chef and senior leadership team, you will ensure every detail from service flow to wine pairing enhances the overall dining experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire the restaurant team to uphold luxury service standards in every interaction.
Oversee all aspects of daily service, from breakfast through to evening fine dining and special events.
Foster a culture of professionalism, passion, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain exceptional food and wine harmony.
Manage budgets, rotas, and staffing to ensure operational efficiency and financial performance.
Uphold compliance and brand standards while evolving the guest experience through innovation and attention to detail.
Represent the restaurant as an ambassador of refined hospitality and excellence.
Proven track record in 4 or 5-star hotels orRosetterecognised restaurants.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and mentor your team.
A natural host with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and driving performance.
Impeccable personal presentation and a deep appreciation for fine food and wine.
