An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Restaurant Manager to take the lead within a refined, coastal hotel renowned for its elegant dining and exceptional guest experience.

There are 96 elegant bedrooms, including suites with views of a Golf Course, the sea, and the town.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with a strong background in fine dining or multi-Rosette-level service, who takes pride in delivering excellence with warmth, precision, and style.

About the Restaurant Manager Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind the restaurants success leading an experienced front-of-house team to deliver seamless service and memorable dining moments. Youll bring both operational expertise and creative flair, curating a guest journey that reflects sophistication, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

Working closely with the Head Chef and senior leadership team, you will ensure every detail from service flow to wine pairing enhances the overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the restaurant team to uphold luxury service standards in every interaction.

  • Oversee all aspects of daily service, from breakfast through to evening fine dining and special events.

  • Foster a culture of professionalism, passion, and continuous improvement.

  • Proven track record in 4 or 5-star hotels orRosetterecognised restaurants.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and mentor your team.
