Due to growth my client, the UK's leading trade association in a specific Manufacturing and Automation sector, currently seek a Marketing / Administration Assistant to join their friendly team. Duties will include:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to help maximise exhibition attendance and awareness.
- Coordinate with media partners regarding schedules, artwork and articles
- Responsible for event websites including content updates and issue tracking with the website provider.
- Liaison with photographers and industry press ensuring media coverage of events and exhibitions.
- Coordinate stationary orders such as brochures, flyers,
- Supporting exhibitors with information and stand requirements.
- Manage the entry process for exhibitions
- Coordinate guest speakers for events and exhibitions
- Assist with the promotion of member services through e-shots and social media
- Post event analysis, feedback and reporting.
- Manage, monitor and analyse promotional campaigns.
- Proofread a range of marketing collateral.
- Support for ad-hoc marketing initiatives.
Applicants must possess outstanding communication skills, a keen eye for detail and good all-round IT skills. Some prior experience in marketing is advantageous along with strong organisation and administration skills and a stable work track record.
