Overview

A leading aerospace organisation is seeking a Propulsion Workshop Coordinator to oversee engine and propeller maintenance activities within a high-tempo aircraft maintenance environment. This role is critical to ensuring propulsion system readiness and compliance for mission-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate propulsion bay activities including engines, propellers, and components.
  • Ensure serviceability, availability, and procedural compliance.
  • Manage spares, tooling, and digital maintenance records.
  • Support fault diagnosis, component changes, and test procedures.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and contribute to planning and performance reviews.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of propulsion systems.
  • Hands-on experience in engine maintenance and workshop coordination.
  • Familiarity with aviation maintenance documentation and digital systems.
  • Organised, safety-focused, and able to lead under pressure.
  • Aerospace or aviation background preferred.
