Shift Pattern: Days & Nights (5 on, 4 off, 5 on; 6am-6pm/6pm-6am)
Pay: 20.18/hr (PAYE) | 27.00/hr (Umbrella) + 13.88% shift uplift
Security Clearance: Eligibility for UK Security Clearance required

What You'll Do
- Carry out safe and efficient maintenance, inspections, and routine work on Airbus A400M aircraft, following technical manuals and company procedures.
- Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and replace components as needed, ensuring all work meets the highest health, safety, and quality standards.
- Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including defect rectification and daily operational checks, under both civilian and military supervision.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety policies.
- Support the upkeep of the maintenance environment-vehicle checks, restocking consumables, tool control, and equipment care.
- Contribute to ongoing team improvement initiatives and occasionally assist with workshop and support activities.
- Stay up to date with required training and maintain your authorisation to work on A400M aircraft.
What We're Looking For
- Recognised engineering apprenticeship and at least 3 years' experience maintaining operational aircraft, or an EASA Cat 'A' Licence.
- Hands-on experience with commercial or military transport aircraft (line and base maintenance experience desirable).
- Confident using technical manuals and documentation to complete maintenance tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and upholding safety and quality standards.
- Willingness to work at height and undertake all necessary training (including operating mobile working platforms).
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (BPSS+; British nationals for SC clearance).
