As a Propulsion Workshop Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic aircraft maintenance environment, ensuring engines, propellers, and related components are ready to meet mission-critical demands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, understands propulsion terminology, and brings strong technical insight to the table. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing propulsion activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.

  • Coordinating all propulsion bay activities, including engines and propellers
  • Ensuring availability, serviceability, and compliance of propulsion assets
  • Diagnosing defects, managing component changes, and overseeing test procedures
  • Maintaining accurate digital records and reporting to stakeholders
  • Supporting technicians and leading from the front in high-pressure situations
  • Engaging in planning briefs, performance reviews, and drumbeat meetings
