The Role:

Linsco are looking for a construction administrator for one of our clients who are a leading new build housing developer. You will be based in their head office in Castle Donington. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected name in the industry and play a vital role in supporting the smooth delivery of housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the construction and site teams
  • Maintain accurate records of site documentation and progress reports
  • Update and manage project information using COINS software
  • Coordinate subcontractor documentation, including insurances and H&S paperwork
  • Assist with site set-up paperwork and new starter inductions
  • Liaise with suppliers, site staff, and other departments as needed
  • Ensure all admin tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Proficient in COINS software - essential
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
