SF Recruitment are looking for a confident and friendly Administrator who is looking for their next step in their professional career. What you'll be doing:
- Answering calls, taking breakdowns and gas orders, and handling general customer queries
- Managing enquiries about parts, preparing quotations, and ordering parts
- Booking in services and supporting the planning of engineers' workloads
- Processing customer and order information through SAGE (training provided)
- Supporting with basic paperwork, filing, and other general admin duties
- Building rapport with customers and providing a friendly, professional service
What we're looking for:
- At least 1-2 years' administrative experience
- Strong communication skills and a confident, approachable manner
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn new skills
- Someone who enjoys a good chat and can build relationships easily with customers and colleagues
