Logistics Administrator - The Role:
- Provide support to the Facilities & Logistics Manager
- Administrate all Logistics requirements, from raising orders to invoice approval
- Book & administrate all yard plant and waste, from raising orders to invoice approval
- Manage incoming calls through Barrier intercom system for vehicle access
- Assist the Operations Director with specific project work
- Have a good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
- Be approachable, confident and self-motivated
- Enjoy working as part of a team
